Resolved Question: What does a police radio dispatch sound like for a kidnapping?

I've been doing research for my next novel that takes place in my hometown of Carlsbad CA. I'm a little obsessed with being as realistic as possible. From what I've gathered, California still uses a lot of codes over the radio (been listening to a police scanner this weekend). I know the hundred code for a kidnapping is 207 (two-zero-seven) but I don't know how this would fit into the dispatch dialogue. What I have so far: “All Carlsbad units, copy wanted subject in five. “Carlsbad units, wanted subject for possible kidnapping is a male, white, eighteen, medium build, name Seth Banning, driving a faded blue Datsun 280 ZX, last seen by neighbors at vacant house on Shore Drive.”...
